Greentech Acquires the Plant Extraction Activities of Laboratoire Gifrer.

Greentech has announced the acquisition of the plant extraction activities of Laboratoire Gifrer, previously located in Vaux-en-Velin, a suburb of Lyon, and has relocated them to the Biopôle Clermont-Limagne site in Saint-Beauzire, with a €5 million investment made in its facilities.
This production, representing a volume of €2.5 million, mainly serves pharmaceutical laboratories and cosmetic companies, the core business of the Auvergne-based company, which aims to develop new clients in this sector.
With its subsidiaries, Greentech employs 230 people, including around 100 abroad, particularly in Brazil, where the group owns a production facility. Founded thirty years ago, Greentech achieved a turnover of €30 million last year, 60% of which was generated internationally.
