Phytosynthèse is building its new production unit at the Biopôle Clermont-Limagne.

Phytosynthèse, a company specializing in the formulation and production of plant-based active ingredients for animal nutrition, has chosen to establish its new production unit at the Biopôle Clermont-Limagne in Saint-Beauzire. Named PHYTOPLANT 4.0, this ambitious construction project marks a significant milestone in the company’s development and underscores its commitment to sustainable innovation.

With over three decades of expertise in formulation and plant chemistry, Phytosynthèse is investing in its second industrial site to support its growth, complementing its historic site in Mozac. This major project will enable the company to develop new concepts and double its production capacity while adapting to new environmental standards.

The 5,000 m2 facility will include production areas, storage, R&D laboratories, and administrative spaces. It will feature a mixing and packaging workshop capable of producing batches ranging from 500 kg to 1 ton.

The new plant, scheduled for completion by the end of 2025, will be operational by early 2026. Its launch will mark a new era for Phytosynthèse, joining numerous companies at the Biopôle Clermont-Limagne already engaged in plant innovation.
